Cigar Giveaways…a new winner and “recharging”

It’s time to pick a winner again…and I’m actually doing it on the first day of the month this time! Of course, it’s a vacation day for me, extending the 4 day weekend into 5 days, so if I didn’t get this done today, I’d be feeling pretty slacker-y…is that a word?

Anyway, to recap, 262 Cigars sponsored the November giveaway, with brand owner Clint Aaron offering up a “3-pack and T-shirt” with no further detail than that…could be a 3-pack of anything and he could be just re-gifting a Nomad Cigars t-shirt…just kidding…you know we all love you, Clint!

December Giveaway

I was doing some cleaning up in my home office last week and realized that I had at least one too many travel humidors. So I decided on the spot that I was going to fill it with cigars from my own humidor and use that for the December Giveaway prize.

And I picked some nice sticks, too, if I do say so myself. What we’ve got here is a metal and plastic travel humidor that fits 4 sticks very nicely. The 4 sticks you’ll get are a Liga Privada T-52 Robusto by Drew Estate, a Nestor Miranda Collection Maduro Robusto by Miami Cigar & Company, a Bloc Toro by Dissident Cigars, and a Dr. Jeckyll by Tatuaje Cigars (this year’s Monster Series release).

Recharging

I spent some time in the past couple weeks getting some commitments for 2015 monthly cigar giveaways. I’m happy to say that we have companies committed to sponsoring January through April…some great cigars by some great companies mixed in there, too. I don’t want to reveal anything too early and spoil the surprises to come, so that’s all I’ll say…except that I have calls out to two other companies to sponsor as well…so we may have the entire first 6 months blocked out soon.
